(1) The Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance shall monitor, inspect and supervise the work, actions, plans and programs of the fund as prescribed.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the Ministry of Finance may appoint any gazetted first class officer of the Government of Nepal or an expert in the relevant field as an inspector.
(3) The inspector designated as per sub-section (2) may inspect the entire books, accounts, accounts, documents or electronic records of the fund or may request details or copies thereof.
(4) According to sub-section (3), it shall be the duty of the executive director of the fund to provide the documents or details requested by the inspector.
(5) After completion of the work of monitoring, inspection and supervision as per sub-section (2), the appointed inspector shall submit the report to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(6) Other arrangements related to monitoring, inspection and supervision carried out in accordance with this section shall be as prescribed.
